Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

Q. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns or exchanges.


Q. MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

We’re happy to offer a refund or replace an item if there is any damage within 30 days. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion. Q. I SHIPPED MY ITEM TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, AM I ABLE TO FIX THIS?

After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. We are not able to change shipping address after submission of an order. Please verify address before shipping.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information. Tracking information generally becomes available within 24 hours after we have shipped the order.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MT ORDER?

We do not offer changes or cancellations to an order. Once the item has been submitted, things have moved beyond our control. Please verify your order is correct before submitting.
